Stock Team Leader - Bloom & Wild, Nuneaton
£14.83 per hour + overtime (1.5x) | Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 | Immediate Start
The Best Connection is recruiting a Stock Team Leader for our client based in Nuneaton, Bermuda Park. This role involves leading a team of four Stock Controllers, ensuring accurate inventory management, stock control, replenishment, and operational efficiency within a busy warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop the stock team.
- Manage goods receiving, stock counts, replenishment and stock movements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS systems.
- Promote health & safety compliance.
- Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
- Liaise with Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse Team Leader/Supervisory experience.
- Previous experience managing and motivating staff.
- WMS experience.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undertake MHE training (Bendi Truck & PPT).
- Fluent English.
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 (40 hours per week)
- £14.83 per hour
- Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
