As Interim Procurement Manager, duties will include:
- Setting up a brand new procurement function
- Manage procurement activities to ensure cost-effective supply of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance and value for money.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement requirements and align strategies.
- Monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues or risks promptly.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to stakeholders as needed.
- Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
