Mechanical Design Engineer, Building Services
- Mechanical Design Engineer
- Produce designs for mechanical building systems
- Carry out engineering calculations
- Prepare specifications and drawings
- Evaluate contractor design proposals
- Provide quality assurance monitoring and carry out site / installation inspections
- Complete condition surveys, defect analysis, and life cycle appraisals.

- Who we’re looking for:
- Actively working towards, or holding CEng status with CIBSE or IMechE membership.
- Confident using industry standard software, including AutoCAD and H2X or similar software packages
- Experience working in a similar surveying / design consultancy practice or with building services contractors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus enthusiasm and ambition.
