Need IT help with general maintenance and troubleshooting
I'm looking for a skilled IT person to assist with a variety of general tasks around my home office. The job includes basic PC maintenance, software updates, setting up backups, cleaning up slow performance, and troubleshooting a few peripheral devices. I prefer someone who can explain steps clearly and is comfortable with Windows and macOS. If you have experience with network basics, printer setup, or quick fix remote support, that’s a plus. The aim is to improve reliability and speed, not a full rebuild. Please provide a rough estimate of time and any tools you bring. Availability during weekday mornings would be ideal.
