General Practitioner (GP)
Posted 06 August 2026 by Nafeesa Hallam Medical has opportunities for General Practitioners (GP) to support an Ambulance Service in Crawley, West Sussex.We are looking for General Practitioner with Independent Prescribing experience in urgent care, managing conditions such as urinary tract infections (UTIs), coughs, colds, and other minor illnesses.
In this role, you will:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a range of minor illnesses and injuries.
- Provide expert clinical advice and treatment over the telephone.
- Work autonomously to deliver safe, effective, and timely patient care.
- Play a key role in providing high-quality, compassionate care.
Client Requirements:
- GMC registration with a licence to practise
- Included on the GP Register
- Active Independent Prescriber qualification.
- Be able to prescribe against wide range of medications
- Experience of working in Out of Hours/ UTC (urgent treatment centre)
- Prescribing within primary care
- Confident managing paediatric patients.
- A minimum of two years’ experience as an Independent Prescriber.
