DT Teacher Needed at an Independent School in Exeter!
A top-performing independent school in Exeter is seeking a dynamic and creative Design & Technology Teacher to join their highly regarded faculty on a full-time, permanent basis from January 2026.
About the Role
You will teach Design & Technology from KS3 through to A-Level, inspiring pupils to think critically, solve problems, and design with innovation. The department integrates both traditional craftsmanship and modern digital technologies, giving students a comprehensive design education.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, practical lessons across KS3–KS5.
Guide students in coursework and examination projects.
Maintain excellent standards of health and safety within workshops.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the DT curriculum and share best practices.
Support extracurricular activities, including design clubs and national competitions.

Experience and Qualifications
Degree in Design & Technology or Engineering.
