This role offers the opportunity to support young people with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour while gaining valuable specialist experience. The Role You will support pupils who may struggle with emotional regulation, engagement in education, and behaviour management. The role requires confidence, resilience, and the ability to build positive relationships with young people who need additional support.
