We’re looking for a warm, passionate and reliable qualified Nursery Nurse to join our team. You must hold a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification , or be currently studying towards Level 3 .
At Newpark, you’ll be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality, child-led care in a nurturing Montessori environment. If you’re passionate about helping young children learn, grow and thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary: £15.30/hour (Level 2) | £16.30/hour (Level 3)
Hours: Full-time | 4 days per week | 10-hour days | Permanent, all year round
What you’ll do
Provide outstanding care, learning and development for children under 3
Create fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities
Build warm, positive relationships with children and families
Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of care
Follow EYFS, nursery policies and safeguarding procedures
Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
You’ll play an important role in keeping children safe and promoting their welfare . This includes understanding and following safeguarding procedures, recognising and reporting concerns appropriately, maintaining professional boundaries and contributing to a culture where children’s safety and wellbeing always come first.

We’re looking for
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification , or currently studying towards Level 3
Experience working with children under 5 (essential)
Fluent English (essential)
A genuine passion for early years and children’s development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive, flexible and reliable approach
Strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection
