Freightserve recruitment are looking for an r Import Operations Manager for a well-established small Freight Forwarder based in the Colnbrook area.
Responsibilities:-
- Dealing with Imports start to finish - Focusing on mainly Air Imports
- Being the main contact with HMRC
- Customs compliance
- Overseeing a small team
- Completing Import Customs entries
- Working closely with Director on all operational matters
- Liaising with Airlines, Handling Agents and Transporters
- Internal / external communication
- Liaising with Customers through Email and Telephone.
- Invoicing
- Assisting with quotations
Skills:-
- Air Imports (start to finish)
- Knowledge of ETSF
- Supervisor / Managerial experience
