Customer Service Administrator

£27k per annum

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Junior Operations Coordinator to join a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of customer service and data analysis . You'll act as the voice of the business to clients , while also being the driving force behind operational accuracy and reporting .

If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and delivering excellent service-this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Client Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries relating to repairs, deliveries, and stock
  • Provide proactive updates to clients, ensuring they always have clear visibility of their orders
  • Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies or repair delays in a professional and timely manner
  • Log quality issues and support ISO9001 preparation activities

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and update detailed Excel trackers covering all operational activity
  • Produce clear, client-facing reports using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs
  • Cross-check customer orders against workshop outputs to ensure billing and delivery accuracy
  • Support reporting processes and ensure data integrity at all times

Operations & Logistics Coordination

  • Support the wider operations team with day-to-day coordination tasks
  • Assist in maintaining smooth logistics and facilities processes
  • Liaise with suppliers where required
  • Monitor stock trends and flag low levels for key clients

What We're Looking For

✅ Strong Excel skills ( Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP essential )
✅ Excellent written communication skills
✅ Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
✅ A calm, professional approach to customer service
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Interest in IT hardware / technology (desirable)
