Location: Chichester Hours: 08:30 - 15:30, term-time Start: September Pay: £85 - £100 per day

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming KS1 setting in Chichester.

This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting pupils in their learning and helping them to grow in confidence, independence and curiosity.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Supporting pupils with English and Maths interventions - Working with children on a 1:1 and small group basis - Encouraging independence, confidence and engagement in learning - Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom activities - Supervising pupils in and around the school environment - Supporting children with additional needs where required - Helping to track and support pupil progress

What We're Looking For:

- Experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable) - Good literacy and numeracy skills - Patient, resilient and caring approach - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to support pupils of varying abilities - A positive and proactive attitude - Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
