Project Manager - Drylining

Looking for juicy project and nice bit of progression after?
I'm working with a contractor that's landed a 2m, 12–month student accommodation scheme in York , and they need a Project Manager who wants to run the job properly from start to finish.
The big selling point? This isn't a role where you'll be left doing the same thing for the next five years. The plan is for you to step into a more senior position once the project is successfully delivered, with larger schemes and greater responsibility already in the pipeline.
The role:
Lead a 2m student accommodation project in York.
Manage the programme, subcontractors and client relationships.
Keep quality high, paperwork under control and projects moving.
Work closely with senior leadership rather than disappearing into a corporate machine.
What they're looking for:
Experience delivering construction projects as a Project Manager.
Comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Strong communication and organisation.
Someone with ambition who's looking for the next step, not just the next job.
