**About the Role**
Join RiskPod as a Technical Scrum Master and lead Agile delivery in a cloud-first engineering environment supporting critical national infrastructure. This role combines Agile leadership with strong Java and Spring Boot microservices expertise, challenging code, influencing technical decisions, and driving engineering excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and commitments.
- Review Java/Spring Boot code and influence microservices design.
- Ensure solutions align with AWS cloud-native principles.
- Drive CI/CD optimisation, DevSecOps, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Oversee observability and containerised deployments.
**Your Profile**
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
- Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Proficient with AWS services: EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch.
- Experience in CI/CD, Docker, ECS/EKS.
- Strong technical leadership skills.
- Ability to challenge developers on code quality, performance, security, and scalability.
- Experience within regulated environments.
