Insulation Labourer - Hartlepool

Altrad are currently looking for an experienced Insulation Labourer to join the team at Hartlepool for the upcoming Outage.

The work pattern for this position is, 13 and 1, 10 hour days. This is a fixed term position which requires you to be willing to undergo or currently hold CTC clearance. Starting 15th March 2027 until June 2027 approx.

Travelling Labour is accepted for this position. Pay rate: £19.02 per hour

Key Deliverables

• To understand the Altrad Health and Safety policy and ensure the policy is adhered to by all employees.
• Demonstrate effective communication, actively participating with pre-job briefings.
• Ability to work effectively within a team working environment.
• The ability to understand method statements and risk assessments to carryout task safely.
• To demonstrate the ability to select the correct Insulation materials and finishes relevant to various applications and changing operational environments.
• Knowledge of the use of tools and equipment and to ensure they are correctly maintained.
• Identify and escalate any significant risks to health and safety and report risks and any defects to the Supervisor and safety teams.
• The ability to assist trades people with the removal and replacement of Insulation materials and finishes.
• The ability to undertake instruction from the Supervisor and act with professionalism.
• Monitor and maintain good housekeeping, ensuring work areas are kept tidy.
• Report any Accidents, Incidents and Near misses to the Site Supervisor or Site Manager immediately.

Key Requirements / Qualifications

• Have previous site experience
• CCNSG Safety Passport
• Hold or be willing to undergo CTC Clearance.
