The Role As a Daily Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of school settings, supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. No two days are the same, giving you the chance to build your experience while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities include: Supporting class teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons.Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create a calm learning environment.Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required.Assisting with classroom preparation and daily routines.Building positive relationships with pupils and staff across different schools. What We're Looking For Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery or childcare setting.A positive, flexible and adaptable approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confidence working in different classroom environments.A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
