A high-achieving secondary school in Haringey is seeking a strategic and highly organised HR Manager for a permanent September start. This vital position involves managing the complete staff lifecycle, overseeing complex employee relations, advising the Senior Leadership Team on policy compliance, and taking absolute ownership of the Single Central Record (SCR). CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above is highly desirable) alongside strong employment law fluency.
Key Details & Benefits * Hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (Full-Year contract).
Salary Range : £44,000 – £50,000 per annum (premium tier management package).
