Abbott Rapid Diagnostics seeks a Senior Key Account Manager for Wales to drive sales growth of point-of-care diagnostic solutions across NHS and public health settings. The role involves developing strategic accounts, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and expanding the diagnostics portfolio across primary and secondary care.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and meet territory and regional sales objectives for diagnostics portfolio
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for Point-of-Care products and services
- Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders across primary and secondary care settings
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through research and prioritization
- Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and procurement negotiations
Requirements
- Significant healthcare, diagnostics, or medical device sales experience with proven high performance
- Demonstrated success managing key accounts and delivering profitable revenue growth
- Experience securing contracts and leading complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of NHS procurement processes and public healthcare systems
- Strong commercial acumen, business planning capabilities, and CRM proficiency
- Experience with managed services or medical equipment leasing models
- Coaching, mentoring, or team leadership experience highly desirable
