Year 5 Class Teacher – Swindon

The role is a maternity leave position and starts as soon as possible. The role is full time, and the school need a teacher to work Monday- Friday weekly.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated and caring KS2 teacher who brings energy, creativity, and a child-centred approach to the classroom. Ideally, you will have:
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 , ideally Year 5
- Strong classroom management and planning skills
- A warm, inclusive teaching style that supports all learners
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Support pupils’ academic progress and personal development
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives and enrichment activities
