We are seeking an exceptional, experienced Speech and Language Therapist to lead a new, innovative service working across mainstream schools in Havering to develop a model that strengthens the capacity of schools. You will inspire and lead a team of Band 6 / 7 therapists, build strong partnerships across education and health, and drive high-quality, evidence-based practice to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone who is creative, strategic, and passionate about inclusion—someone who can bring teams together, build capacity in schools, and ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive through aspirational outcomes.
