Are you highly organised, detail‑driven and passionate about supporting high‑quality apprenticeship delivery? This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in safeguarding funding, strengthening compliance, and ensuring apprentices across the college group successfully reach their End Point Assessment. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated End Point Assessment (EPA) Coordinator.

Role and responsibilities:
As our End Point Assessment (EPA) Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Group Head of EPA and Compliance, as well as MiS and Delivery Teams, to make sure all EPA activity is administered accurately, efficiently, and in line with government funding guidance. Your work will directly support the college group's commitment to excellence, audit readiness, and outstanding learner experience.

- Coordinating and administering all EPA‑related bookings, processes, and tracking in line with group policies and procedures.
- Ensuring learner status and records are updated promptly and accurately across college systems.
- Supporting internal and external audits, working collaboratively with the Group Head of EPA and Compliance, MiS, and Delivery Teams.
- Providing assurance that ESFA funding rules are fully met through robust audit checks and data reconciliation.
- Actioning audit outcomes in a timely manner and reporting through the appropriate channels.
- Maintaining a central register of EPA organisations, including up‑to‑date service contracts and costings.
- Coordinating and responding to information and data requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing a small non‑pay budget with accuracy and accountability.
- Supporting wider administrative tasks across the business during busy periods or holiday cover.
- Attending and supporting open evenings and weekend events when required.
- Actively contributing to team and departmental activity, sharing learning and helping drive continuous improvement for both employers and learners.

- Ensure that the college develops and maintains a constructive relationship with appropriate external stakeholders relevant to the postholder's areas of responsibility.
Health and Safety
- Ensure that the Health and Safety policy and procedures operated by the college are adhered to and that all statutory requirements are met by all staff with postholder's areas of responsibility.
