DePuy Synthes seeks a Sales Specialist to lead the Nottinghamshire territory for hip and knee reconstruction products. The role involves driving adoption and revenue across implants, instruments, robotics, and related technologies by building surgeon and hospital partnerships and executing commercial strategies.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for assigned territory
- Develop account plans to grow opportunities and introduce new technologies
- Build relationships with surgeons, OR teams, hospital management, and NHS procurement
- Lead clinical education and product launches to support implant and robotics adoption
- Provide forecasting, territory reporting, and competitive market insights to leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years medical device theatre-based sales experience, preferably orthopedics
- Proven track record selling to hospitals, surgeons, and key accounts
- Consultative selling, negotiation, and strategic territory planning capabilities
- Strong clinical and product expertise in joint reconstruction procedures
- Ability to rapidly master complex technical platforms including robotics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with commercial acumen
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required
