Finance Manager - Greenside Manufacturing

About The Role

The Myton Food Group, the Morrisons manufacturing business, is recruiting for a Finance Manager to provide critical finance support to our Manufacturing business area - working closely with the central and divisional teams, this role is pivotal in providing the insight to drive profitable growth across the Myton Food Group.

This role will involve:

• Leadership of the site team (3 direct reports)

• Providing insight and analysis on our business performance

• Business Partnering with Central stakeholders (Engineering, Procurement, Central Manufacturing)
  

Based at Greenside, this role will report to the Senior Finance Manager, but also work closely with the broader Central and Site Finance teams as key partners and stakeholders. The individual will also have a strong relationship with Morrisons central accounting teams at Hilmore House.

About you

About you:

• A professional qualification of CIMA, ACA, ACCA, AAT or equivalent

• Manufacturing experience (Desirable)

• Knowledge of financial and management accounting

• Attention to detail

• An ability to deliver in a complex, fast paced environment

• Excellent analytical thinking and numerical skills

• Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google sheets skills

• Good verbal communication skills, ability to articulate financial data in a clear and transparent way

• Resilience and ability to adapt in an ever changing environmentWorking knowledge of databases such as Oracle

• Experience of stakeholder management

• Experience of having to prioritise to meet deadlines
