A rare opportunity to join a large renewable energy company’s growing in-house tax function. The successful candidate will be able to broaden their skillset, gaining exposure to corporate tax across multiple jurisdictions and being mentored by a thoroughly experienced tax team.
Based in London, offering flexible hybrid work and a lucrative salary (£65,000), this opportunity will not be on the market for very long.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the corporate tax compliance process assisting in the preparation and review of returns, including international corporate tax returns
- Management of compliance tracking software, making sure that compliance is filed in a timely manner
- Assisting on various international tax projects
- Act as a point of contact for various subsidiaries across EMEA and APAC
- Ensuring that UK legislation alterations are reflected in returns
We are keen to hear from candidates with:
- ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification (preferred not required)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to take lead of a team
- Working experience of Microsoft Excel
- Experience explaining tax strategy to non-tax professionals
- Confident attitude, ready to challenge ideas and bring your own to the table
