SAP Senior Manufacturing Consultant / LeadLocation: Flexible remote / hybrid — onsite work may be requiredThis is a permanent role.OverviewBirchman Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced SAP Senior Manufacturing Consultant / Lead with strong expertise across core manufacturing processes and SAP S/4HANA.This role will play a key part in delivering high‑quality manufacturing solutions, guiding clients through complex production, planning, and shop‑floor transformations, and leading functional workstreams from initial design through to deployment.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of SAP manufacturing solutions, including areas such as Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management within S/4HANAConduct detailed requirement analysis and translate business needs into scalable, future‑ready system designsFacilitate client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and functional decision‑making sessionsOversee configuration, testing, and integration activities across manufacturing and connected modulesCollaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end process alignmentDrive key S/4HANA project activities, including fit‑to‑standard analysis, process optimisation, and deployment planningMentor and guide junior consultants, promoting quality, consistency, and knowledge sharingSupport cutover preparation, data migration, and post‑go‑live stabilisationBuild strong and trusted relationships with client stakeholders, advising on best practices and solution optionsRequired Qualifications5+ years hands‑on experience in SAP manufacturing, with strong capability across PP, QM, and related production processesProven experience delivering full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementationsStrong understanding of end‑to‑end manufacturing and supply chain processes within S/4HANAAbility to lead solution design, workshops, and client engagement activitiesDeep knowledge of configuration, testing, and documentation within relevant modulesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience mentoring team members or leading functional workstreamsNice to HaveExperience with related modules such as MM, EWM, or PMConsulting background with exposure to multiple industriesFamiliarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approachesUnderstanding of SAP Fiori apps relevant to manufacturing and productionCulture and GrowthYou will join a collaborative and supportive team that values expertise, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
