Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday to Friday
Salary: From £39,000.00 per annum (dependant on experience, not pro rata)

Using creative and innovative approaches to build confidence, curiosity and independence
Assessing progress across academic, social and emotional development
Creating a safe, structured and nurturing classroom environment
Building strong relationships with pupils, families and professionals
Working collaboratively to provide a holistic, consistent approach to learning
About You You are someone who brings energy, empathy and adaptability to your teaching practice. You will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a relevant degree
Strong experience or understanding of SEN, including ASC and complex needs
A compassionate, resilient approach to supporting pupils
Excellent communication and teamworking skills
Creativity and flexibility to adapt teaching to individual learners

About Us Hemlock Stone School in Stapleford, Nottinghamshire opened in March 2026, and caters for up to 66 pupils, providing a specialist learning environment for young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Complex Needs. For over 19 years, Options Autism has provided specialist care and education for children, young people, and adults with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties.
