Job title: SEN Teacher
The Education Specialists are seeking an experienced and committed SEN Teacher to join a school in Derby, supporting pupils with additional needs to access learning and achieve their potential.
This is a full-time, long-term position, working within a specialist SEN provision.
The school has a strong focus on inclusive practice, personalised learning and pupil wellbeing, making it an excellent opportunity for an SEN Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment.
- Competitive daily rate(£160 - £240 per day, dependent on experience)

• £150 refer a friend scheme (T&Cs apply) SEN Teacher role requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching pupils with SEND
• Strong understanding of differentiation and inclusive teaching strategies
• Experience supporting needs such as ASD, SEMH, MLD or complex needs
• Ability to plan and deliver personalised learning
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply The successful SEN Teacher will:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
• Support pupils with a range of additional learning and behavioural needs
• Monitor, assess and track pupil progress
• Work closely with the SENCO and wider support team
• Create a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment
