We are pleased to be recruiting for a Finance Manager on a full-time permanent basis on behalf of a leading technology and manufacturing business based in north Herefordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join a growing organisation during an exciting period of change. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, strengthening controls, supporting commercial decision-making, and helping shape finance processes as the business continues to evolve.

What You Will Be Doing
- Preparing monthly management accounts and group reporting
- Producing Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports
- Preparing budget variance analysis and key financial performance metrics
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process across the business
- Providing financial insight to support commercial decision-making
- Assisting with statutory reporting, including VAT and other taxation requirements
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany accounts
- Managing payroll and pension administration through an outsourced provider
- Completing P11D and P60 reporting
- Supporting the Financial Controller with financial controls and process improvements
- Assisting with wider finance responsibilities as required by the business
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience within a finance management or senior finance role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working within a changing business environment
- Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Desirable:
- ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a multi-currency business
- Knowledge of Epicor and Microsoft Dynamics accounting systems
- Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC
