OVERVIEW

CAA Brand Management is currently seeking a Mid -W eight Graphic Designer.

ABOUT YOU :

You’re a creative thinker who enjoys the challenge of creating concepts from brief to final exquisite piece . Your work is underpinned by a strong appreciation of current design and fashion trends, you love typography and you have an eye for detail. You will work under our multi-disciplinary design team to provide support throughout all stages of projects. Main Responsibilities to include, but limited to: Lead medium-sized projects independently. Translate brand strategy into commercially relevant creative concepts. Create style guides, category toolkits, trend presentations, and sales materials. Work directly with Brand Managers to identify opportunities for brand extension. Present creative thinking internally and confidently explain design rationale. Support junior team members and provide informal mentoring. Manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, and creative systems.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

A diverse, well-rounded portfolio that showcases your creativity, versatility, & technical skillset. Experience presenting pitch decks. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience. Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite - particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Good Illustration/Asset Creation. Exceptional presentation/storytelling skills. A strong interest in typography and design. Strong Motion graphic skills. Please ensure you provide complete and legible information in your application.
