We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales Negotiator to join our client’s esteemed estate agency team in Benfleet. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating property sales, engaging with clients, and ensuring smooth negotiations from initial enquiry through to completion. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about property and customer service to develop their career within a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Engage with prospective buyers and vendors to understand their needs and provide tailored property advice
- Conduct property viewings and present features effectively to potential clients
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales processes, including documentation and record keeping
- Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the sales journey, providing updates and guidance
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maximise sales opportunities
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including social media and traditional advertising
- Organise appointments, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently to optimise workflow
Skills
- Proven Sales experience (estate agency preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanour with a proactive approach towards client service and problem-solving
- Driving licence and own car
This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to thrive within the property sector. Candidates should possess excellent organisational abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping clients find their ideal home. Experience in Estate Agency or previous Sales background as training will be provided.
Basic salary £27,000pa
