The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Help create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and personal development.
Support behaviour management in line with the school's policies.
The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school.
Has experience supporting pupils in KS1, KS2, and those with SEN.
Is patient, caring, and adaptable.
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
