Job Title: Health Placement and CPD Coordinator
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
Salary: Band 3 (non-negotiable) - £28,778 to £32,080 per annum (pay award pending)
About the Post
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive administrator to help shape a newly established role within the School of Health, Sciences and Society. The successful candidate will provide key administrative support for the University's new Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) programme, while also supporting a range of activities across the wider School, including providing day to day supervision for a small team of placement administrators.
This varied and rewarding position offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of administration, contributing to the smooth delivery of academic programmes, placement activity, and Continuing Professional Development provision (CPD).
About the Team
You will become an integral member of a friendly and supportive administration team, working closely with colleagues across the Placement Administration Team, School Office, and CPD provision. The team plays a vital role in ensuring an excellent experience for students, staff, and external partners, contributing to the successful delivery of a range of healthcare programmes.
About You
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with significant administrative experience, preferably gained within a Higher Education environment. However, applications are equally welcome from candidates who can demonstrate experience working successfully within a busy, fast-paced, and complex administrative setting.
The successful candidate will have:
