Your role and responsibilitiesThis is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you will support the coordination of referrals, information and processes across Family Help. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, responding to changing demands and maintaining accuracy when working with sensitive information that helps children and families receive support when they need it most.

The team
The Edge of Care Team deliver intensive targeted support to families who are experiencing a range of complex needs, for example substance misuse, domestic violence and families who are suffering poor family relationships.
The Team provide a Signs of Safety and trauma-informed, restorative approach to enable caregivers to recognise, acknowledge and fully understand the outlined worries and support them to make positive changes by building on and empowering them with skills, knowledge, and safety measures.
