Innovation Marketing Manager (10 month cover)

As an Innovation Marketing Manager in the Creative Play Lab, you'll help shape how future play experiences connect with audiences, portfolio priorities and business goals. This is a 10-month opportunity within a global innovation environment.

The Innovation Marketing team connects evolving marketplace needs with play innovation concepts, helping transform promising ideas into viable propositions that can succeed in the market. 

Working closely with colleagues across Denmark, the UK and Singapore, you'll be part of project teams that build, rebuild and inspire through experimentation, learning and commercial thinking, while contributing to new engagements that help franchises strengthen their portfolios and propositions. 

Core Responsibilities

• Engage our current franchises to build innovation programs that enable their growth 

• Shape proposition development and  strategic go-to-market recommendations for innovation projects across multiple play opportunities. 

• Run workshops that uncover audience insights, opportunities and proposition directions. 

• Partner with play specialists and project teams to design and execute experiments. 

• Deliver end-to-end innovation engagements, translating business challenges into clear recommendations. 

• Craft compelling stories that support decisions and align business objectives with audience needs. 

Do you have what it takes?

• Experience in marketing, brand strategy and strategic thinking within complex business environments.  

• Comfortable turning insights into actionable recommendations using PowerPoint and Excel.  

• Experience contributing to innovation projects for global brands, consultancy teams or similar settings. 

Nice to Have: 

• Familiarity with Miro, Power BI or comparable tools. 

• Exposure to business innovation, proposition design, storytelling or business model development.
