Job description
Home Care Assistant / Domiciliary Care Worker- Driver Required. Location: Lisburn, Hillsborough, Moira, South Belfast and surrounding areas. Various hours/ positions available. Salary: Competitive Rates of Pay At A1 Care, we are passionate about supporting people to remain safe, independent and comfortable within their own homes. We are currently looking for caring, compassionate and reliable individuals to join our growing team and make a genuine difference within the local community.
Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred care and support in clients' own homes.
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
- Supporting clients with medication, meal preparation and companionship.
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be NISCC registered or willing to register before start of employment.
- Requires Access NI check.
Desirable Skills
- Previous care experience welcomed, but not essential.
