Executive Business Partner, Cloud Sales (English)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of administrative experience in a high-technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
• Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative business partnership and support to a Vice President.
• Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage busy calendars, book travel, create expense reports, organize events, and schedule facilities and equipment).
• Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies, serve as project manager for small and medium projects.
• Mentor new team members; collaborate with an Administrative Business Partners (ABPs) team. Be the heart of the team and help drive culture, connection, and fun. Be an active contributor to the broader Executive/ABP community.
