Nurture Teacher – EYFS, Primary & Secondary (EOTAS / Community-Based) Location: Devon (roles across the county) Pay: £26–£30 per hour PAYE (rate increase from April) Start Date: Immediate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Required About the Role SEND Inclusion Support is seeking passionate, qualified teachers in Devon to deliver nurturing, personalised teaching across EYFS, Primary, and Secondary settings, including EOTAS (Education Other Than At School) placements. This role is perfect for teachers who want to make a meaningful difference without the pressures of large classrooms or excessive paperwork. You’ll provide one-to-one or small group support for children facing barriers to learning, including SEND, SEMH, EBSA, and other vulnerabilities, helping them re-engage with education in community, home, and alternative settings.
