- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leaders across the Trust on all people matters Lead and manage a wide range of employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence cases
- Build strong, trusted relationships with academies, acting as a key HR partner
- Support recruitment, induction, probation and performance management processes
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and compliance with employment legislation
- Conduct investigations, hearings and present cases where required
- Lead on absence management and provide insightful reporting to support decision-making
- Contribute to the development and delivery of HR strategy and initiatives
- Support organisational development, training and continuous improvement across the Trust
- Line manage and support HR administration colleagues
