We are currently recruiting a position as a VAT and Systems Accountant for a Property Investment and Development company based in the heart of West London. This is an opportunity to work within an exciting company looking to expand their property portfolio and company size. The company also offer one of the best pension models you will find in the industry.
They are adopting a hybrid model, meaning that you would only be required in the two to three days a week.
Responsibilities:
• Taking charge of the company’s VAT compliance, making sure that VAT returns and administration are maintained
• Overseeing the management of a growing team
• Manage relationships with external advisors and HMRC
• Working closely with the Financial Controller and Operations Manager to optimise process efficiency
Requirements:
• Detailed Indirect Tax experience from either a Practice or in-house background
• Knowledge of CIS would be beneficial but not required
• Strong communicator
• Ability to establish strong internal and external relationships
