Experience and Qualifications Required

• Experience in maintenance, site work, or caretaking

• Ability to complete basic repairs (plumbing, joinery, painting, etc.)

• Understanding of site security and health & safety

• Strong organisational skills and reliability

• A proactive approach to problem-solving

Paid to scale , depending on experience.
