We're now looking for a Shift Controller to support with Driver dispatch and general administration duties.
✅ A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Coordinating and dispatching drivers, ensuring all routes are efficiently covered
Handling incoming calls, primarily from drivers needing support or updates
Communicating with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries
Completing general operational and administrative tasks to support the shift
Providing debrief support for drivers when required, including reviewing completed routes and issues
