What skills and experience we're looking for
St John’s Primary Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work 28hours 45 minutes a week, 5 hours 45 per day, with groups and individual children, delivering class support and intervention. We are particularly looking for someone who has experience of supporting pupils with SEND. You will join our friendly and successful team, where our supportive and dedicated staff are committed to delivering the best educational opportunities and outcomes for all our students. This vacancy would suit individuals who are passionate about working with children, supporting them to develop from both an academic and social perspective. The successful candidates should have previous experience in supporting children with additional educational needs. English and Maths GCSE grade A-C are essential.
