Teaching Assistant – ASD Opportunity

Salary: £85 - £105 per day

Do you have experience supporting pupils with autism and a passion for making a difference as an ASD TA?
If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. A well-regarded school in Reading is seeking a committed ASD TA to join their support team. In this role, the successful ASD TA will work closely with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them to access learning and feel supported within the classroom environment.
This ASD TA position offers the chance to build strong, meaningful relationships with pupils while contributing to an inclusive and nurturing school setting.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support as an ASD TA to pupils with additional needs
* Assist in implementing individual education and behaviour plans
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
* Promote engagement, independence, and emotional wellbeing
