We are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic team, managing a varied caseload of domestic conveyancing matters. The successful candidate will confidently manage cases from instruction through to post-completion, delivering outstanding client service whilst meeting strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Efficiently manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files
* Proactively generate new business and convert quotations into confirmed instructions
* Conduct thorough searches and prepare contract documentation with precision
* Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
* Oversee exchange, completion, and post-completion procedures, including Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) and related formalities
* Meet fee income targets while maintaining strong financial controls
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality assurance, and risk management policies
* Use case management systems accurately and maintain detailed time records Person Specification
Essential * Proven experience as a Conveyancer with comprehensive knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
* Ability to manage a demanding caseload independently and efficiently
* Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills
* Understanding of Money Laundering Regulations and Solicitors' Accounts Rules Desirable * Qualification as a Legal Executive or Solicitor
