We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Receptionist at Ettington Park Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

Tucked within a secluded Shakespearian landscape, Ettington Park Hotel & Spa offers a truly extraordinary place to grow your hospitality career. As part of our team, you’ll help bring the hotel’s rich heritage and quiet elegance to life for every guest. From welcoming visitors who come to explore our manicured gardens and historic ivy-clad ruins, to supporting the fine dining experience where candlelight, our personalised service, with an emphasis on service excellence & consistency, and menus celebrating the best of British provenance take centre stage, your role will help shape moments our guests never forget.

What will the role involve?

As a receptionist you will have the opportunity to create unforgettable moments, spark joy, and make every guest feel genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive.

In this role, you’re not just welcoming guests, you are crafting personalised experiences that make them feel at home, relaxed, and truly valued.

You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Working closely with our passionate Front Office team, you will be in the centre of the action being connected, informed, and empowered to deliver a consistent and excelling standout service.

This is a part-time role working 3 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 24 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.

Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

• You will have passion and pride in delivering exceptional, high-quality, personalised service to ensure our guests experiences are memorable.
• Previous experience working in Front office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury four or five star hotel.
• Proficient computer skills, able to confidently navigate hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with Opera is highly desirable.
