Our company is looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all support of hardware and software problems;
  • End to end resolution of desktop support problems;
  • Ensure logging, tracking and updating of service management system via ITIL based processes;
  • Monitoring open calls, ensuring resolutions and appropriate updates are carried out;
  • Logging of incidents, requests and problems;
  • Initial response and diagnosis of hardware issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge Microsoft Office 2010 or above (ideally 365);
  • Good experience of working with Windows 10;
  • Excellent team player, positive and collaborative;
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework;
  • Strong professional ethic;
  • Able to articulate technical issues in terms of business risk and opportunity;
  • Any knowledge of the following would be useful; Mac/iPad, Mobile Devices, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint;
  • Pragmatic problem solver;
  • Able to assimilate information and to disseminate effectively to colleagues;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, work on own initiative with a best practice approach;
  • MS Exchange and Active Directory experience.
