Our company is looking for a sen lsa to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing behaviour management tools;
- Supporting the student in the class and around the school;
- Differentiating work to ensure all students can access the curriculum, not all students will be working at the expected level for their class;
- Observing and implementing current school policies and good practice;
- Undergoing in-service training where required;
- Working with the teacher to ensure the student can access the full curriculum.
Requirements:
- Previous classroom experience;
- Excellent communication skills – the school encourages good communication with Parents/Carers;
- A positive attitude and desire towards working with SEN students;
- The ability to engage and motivate students whilst making learning fun;
- Lots of energy and enthusiasm;
- Highly motivated and focused on achieving the best for every student.
