Our company is looking for a rgn to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing advice and promoting good health;
  • Delegation and supervision of duties to care staff;
  • Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice;
  • Storage and administration of drugs including controlled drugs;
  • Maintain accurate records;
  • Care of wounds;
  • Training and development of the staff;
  • Work to NMC and CQC guidelines and regulations;
  • Responsible for drug administration;
  • To assist with re-assessment of the residents’ needs, and re-evaluation ofcare – adapting and prioritising the planned care appropriately;
  • Produce individual care plans;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Stoma care;
  • Ability to maintain accurate records;
  • Ordering of drugs and medical supplies and the safe disposal of unwanteddrugs, in accordance with accepted procedures.

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK;
  • NMC Registration;
  • UK references;
  • 6 months’ experience;
  • Relevant training including mandatory training ( Training can be arranged in house by our team if expired );
  • Excellent track record providing care;
  • Immediately available;
  • Contactable Referee’s;
  • Flexible to travel within reason;
  • Experienced RGN’s;
  • Flexible to rotate shift patterns where required;
  • RGN’s with a passion and committed to the Pledge;
  • Qualified Nurse;
  • DBS ( applications can be done by our team if expired );
  • Between 24hours to 45hours per Week/ Alternatively if you simply need a top up shift once or twice a week we have the positions for you.
