Our company is looking for a Application Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain project budgets within overall framework;
- Establish good working relationships and processes with IT teams and business departments to smooth design and development activities;
- Manage and coordinate contractors , suppliers , and sponsors in the delivery of online services and other applications;
- Identify. analyse, and document detailed requirements from key stakeholders;
- Mentor and support junior team members in developing their business analysis and project management skills;
- Where required, conduct business analysis of processes and systems for the nominated solutions and systems;
- Provide user support throughout project impementation;
- Work with SAP partner to create configuration and functional designs;
- Support procurement process;
- Implement project meetings;
- Implement and maintain projest management standards and principles;
- Planning, development and training of online services and other applications;
- Supporting the overall solution, scope and integrity of the solutions across work streams;
- Work with Project Managers to plan development, report progress, manage development risks and issues and facilitate oversight of the project.
Requirements:
- Adopt a proactive approach to monitoring service delivery, requests and problems and able to work toward effective solutions;
- Educated to degree level or equivalent and / or demonstrated experience in the Logistics Industry.
