Our company is looking for a marketing associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop daily marketing collateral – brochures, CGIs, factsheets, newsletters etc;
  • Liaising with the sales team understand what marketing is required;
  • Coordinate external agencies- creative agencies & PR agencies;
  • Organise innovative events;
  • Manage media planning and implementation of marketing campaigns;
  • Be creative and forward-thinking to develop exciting content for social media platforms and company website;
  • Be responsible for marketing budgets and ability to delegate what it’s being used for.

Requirements:

  • Presents ideas and directives clearly and persuasively; actively listens when spoken/presented to;
  • Collaborates well with others;
  • Customer-centric and empathetic;
  • Solid understanding of email, websites, social media, events, advertising and advertorials as marketing channels;
  • Be able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment with lots of stakeholders and high levels of ambiguity;
  • Spreadsheet, wordprocessing, presentation software skills to a good level;
  • Marketing experience, ideally in support of customer acquisition, engagement and retention activity;
  • Worked with cross-disciplinary teams, coordinating and delivering results in view of tight deadlines;
  • Proven experience in writing engaging content;
  • Knowledge in key marketing channels: email, push, PPC, paid social and display;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Ability to use design software’s i.e. Photoshop & InDesign;
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics, SEO & PPC;
  • Minimum 2 years Marketing experience working for a Start-Up company and embedded within a wider team;
  • Marketing degree – (desirable but not essential).
