Executive Assistant/Administration
It requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a range of administrative, diary, travel, and board-related responsibilities.
Acting as a key point of coordination, the role is central to the smooth running of the Directors' Office and plays a vital role in supporting strategic priorities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining professional standards across all executive-level interactions.
Booking all travel and preparing itineraries for CEO & Group MD (UK and International) using company resources.
Arrangement of and extensive minute taking for Senior management meetings, board meetings, Group MD & CEO
Managing databases and filing systems for Board Meetings/Directors Office
Implementing and maintaining financial procedures/administrative systems
Collating and filing office expenses. letters/formatting from Directors Office
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines - following up of all actions and the administration & reporting of those
o Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
